SIIE 2019 welcomes full paper and poster proposals. A Doctoral Consortium will also be organized.

Full papers should be original, unpublished reports of significant work or integrative reviews in research, development, applications, and societal issues related to all aspects of the conference topics. Submissions should be limited to 6 pages.

Posters shall describe ongoing works, preferably including some preliminary results. Submissions should be limited to 2 pages.

The Program Committee will referee all submissions for quality, originality, and relevance. The Program Committee may accept as poster submissions originally made as full papers. In this case, authors will be required to submit a final version limited to 2 pages.

SIIE 2019 will include a Doctoral Consortium. It is intended to bring together PhD students working on foundations, techniques, tools and applications in the ICT in Education field. The Doctoral Consortium will provide them with an opportunity to present their research to and discuss it with an audience of peers and senior faculty in a supportive environment. Submissions must have a single author, but the name of the supervisors should be mentioned in the paper. Submissions should be limited to 4 pages.

All contributions must be written in English (preferably), Portuguese or Spanish using the IEEE template (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

Publication

Accepted papers and posters will be published in the SIIE 2019 Proceedings that will be available during the event. The publication of full papers as post-proceedings on IEEE Xplore is in process.

Authors with best papers will be invited to prepare and submit extended versions to be considered, after a new peer review, for publication in issues of the following scientific publications:
