By train
From Oriente railway station (Lisbon). There are direct trains to Tomar.

By car
From Lisbon take the «A1 highway, direction A23» Torres Novas and exit at the second exit: Tomar. Even before entering Tomar, the IPT is located on the left.
From Coimbra take the «A1 highway». Exit at the exit «Condeixa» or follow the «N110» or exit to «Torres Novas» and then follow to «A23 highway» and exit at the second exit: Tomar. Even before entering Tomar, the IPT is located on the left.
